We are committed to delivering your order to you as quickly as possible. We have created strong partnerships with reliable delivery companies to facilitate our dedication to exceptional service. Every order to Australian capital cities and regional areas includes free delivery. With the finalisation of your order, eBlindsaustralia will send you an email confirmation. When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a despatch confirmation and tracking number to allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Available at Your Convenience

We understand that it is not always possible to be home to collect your parcel. If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave an information card with the details of your local depot. You can then arrange to pick the order up at your own convenience. Deliveries can also be left at your place of work, or with a neighbour. Upon request, blinds can be left while no one is home, however please be aware that any insurance covering damage or theft will be deemed void. We make every effort to post accurate lead times and, if possible, deliver your blinds ahead of schedule. On the rare occasion that delivery may be delayed, we will be in touch with you to keep you informed on the situation and let you know when you can expect your delivery.
